At Oil & Ink Provisions, every piece is created with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because many of our items are custom printed, limited-run, or made in small batches, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

We gladly accept exchanges only for eligible items.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

·      Exchange request must be made within 14 days of delivery

·      Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition

·      Item must be free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage

·      Item must be returned in its original packaging when possible

·      Proof of purchase or order number is required

Exchanges may be made for a different size or another item of equal value, depending on availability.

Because our items are often printed in small batches, we cannot guarantee that the same design, color, or size will always be available for exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be offered.

No Refunds

Oil & Ink Provisions does not issue refunds. Approved returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Oil & Ink Provisions is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will work to correct the problem as quickly as possible.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

·      Custom or personalized items

·      Final sale items

·      Worn, washed, or used items

·      Items with stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage

·      Items returned without approval

·      Items outside the 14-day exchange window

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Because many of our items are printed in small batches or made to order, processing times may vary during high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or special promotions.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order total, shipping method, package weight, and delivery location.

Oil & Ink Provisions may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $75.

Orders under $75 are subject to standard shipping rates shown at checkout.

Free shipping applies to eligible U.S. orders only and does not include expedited shipping.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Oil & Ink Provisions is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses, or other shipping issues outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping label has been created.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Oil & Ink Provisions is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Oil & Ink Provisions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

We will do our best to assist you, but final delivery responsibility belongs to the carrier once the package leaves our possession.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and item.

We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
